If you’re unsure where your order is coming from, please reach out to us so we can determine whether or not the order is affiliated with On. Please note that if the order comes from a website not affiliated with On, we cannot assist; instead, we recommend contacting the website you ordered from directly. 

 

On.com, On.ae and On-running.com are our only legitimate URLs. We recommend looking out for websites that offer sales or clearance On products, as these may not be authentic. Our re-commerce platform is Onward.On-running.com and is a legitimate partner of On.
