What if I cannot locate my order number?

Can't find your order number? Not to worry. If you don't have an On account, you can sign up for one for free using the email used to place the order. After that, you can go to your "order history" and see all your order details - including your order number.

What if my email is wrong on my order?

If the email used to place your order was not correct, don’t worry. Please get in touch with our Happiness Delivery team on +971-50-344-3730 and we will adjust the email address. Once adjusted, you will receive an automated email to the correct address.   If you need to set up a return, please contact our Customer Service team to correct the email in your profile.

Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

As soon as your order and payment goes through, we'll send you an order confirmation email. We'll also email you once your order ships (1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed) with a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Return shipping labels are not needed for eligible returns. All returns are processed through your Orders page.

How can I return my order?

You will need to submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order – you can do this here. We only accept returns for orders within 14 days of purchase, for products that are in new condition in their original intact packaging.  If you have an On account, you can request an eligible return directly from your order history.

What is your return policy?

We are only able to accept returns for a refund on orders within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging (including for apparel and accessories). We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased directly from www.on.ae.  To submit a return request, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order here.  We cover the cost of shipping for eligible returned On products. Please note that shipping costs on the original outbound order will not be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges.

Can I edit my return request after it has been submitted?

Once your return request has been submitted to us, unfortunately, it’s not possible to change it. If you want to return an additional item from your order, all you need to do is submit another return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued after our warehouse team has received your return and checked in and verified the items. This process can take up to 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please note that your shipping fee of AED 25 on select orders is non-refundable.

I want to return my items for a refund. How do I do so?

First you will need to submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order here.  If your items are eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid (including any tax), for the product once we receive and check in the return. We only accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging.  Please note that any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items.

What are the timing expectations to when I will receive my order? 

For all orders placed before 11am daily, we will deliver it within 3 business days before 11pm. For all orders placed after 11am daily, you will receive the order within 4-7 business days before 11pm. This is for addresses within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, & Ajman only.  For addresses located in remote areas such as Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), and Al Ain, deliveries are scheduled twice weekly between Sunday and Thursday, typically within 5 to 7 business days. This applies over weekends as well & holidays. No deliveries are done on Sundays and public holidays.

How much will shipping cost?

So you can focus on living the On lifestyle, we cover shipping costs and any relevant customs charges in most countries (for standard-level shipping). In UAE, there is a minimum value of AED 500. For orders under these thresholds, the shipping cost will be AED 25. Shipping costs for orders that do not qualify or for any selected expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

How can I set my local currency when ordering?

Our website automatically sets your country based on your location, so you should not worry about setting currency. The website being set correctly helps us get your products to you quickly with minimal customs formalities. If you are trying to use a promo code, you will be prompted to enter it on the payment page at checkout. Look for where it says "Add a Promo Code."  Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be redeemed during sales.

Once an order is successfully placed, a pending charge is placed on your Credit or Debit card account payment. Payments are finalized upon shipment per unit shipped. Other payment methods are finalized when the order is placed.

Generally, we recommend shopping all On gear from On.ae or one of our retail partners. If you’re unsure where your order is coming from, please reach out to us so we can determine whether or not the order is affiliated with On. Please note that if the order comes from a website not affiliated with On, we cannot assist; instead, we recommend contacting the website you ordered from directly.    On.com, On.ae and On-running.com are our only legitimate URLs. We recommend looking out for websites that offer sales or clearance On products, as these may not be authentic. On shoes are not slip-resistant. We have waterproof models and Trail Running shoes that have an emphasis on traction and performance, but we do not offer a nonslip model at this time.

What is the difference in sizing between men’s and women’s footwear?

The primary difference is that men's shoes are designed wider than women's. Customers are free to purchase shoes of any gender, though! Women's shoes are a 1.5 size larger than men's (so a men's size 7 is a women's 8.5 in US sizes).

How do I know which size I need?

If you're unsure which size you wear in our footwear or apparel, each product page has a size chart and fit recommendation. For Performance Running and Performance Outdoor models, the standard recommendation is one size bigger than your everyday shoe size.

What terrain and weather conditions can On shoes be used in?

On comes from Switzerland, so our products have been tested throughout different seasons and landscapes. We have Performance Running shoes for running city streets wherever you may be, and our Performance Outdoor collection will support you when you hit the trails. For On Apparel, each product's page indicates whether it is water-resistant, waterproof, or windproof.

How long will a pair of On shoes usually last?

It depends on many factors, such as running style, weight, and the surface you run on. But generally, shoes (not just On shoes) last up to 300 miles (approx. 482 km) depending on the model and materials used. For example, some of our styles, such as the Cloudboom Echo, are designed for high-performance racing, so naturally, they won't have the same durability as an all-day shoe like the Cloud 5.

Our apparel line is made of various premium technical materials, which may include four-way stretch polyamide, lyocell, stretchable poly/elastane, merino wool, cotton, and lightweight Japanese fabrics. We're working towards using 100% certified organic cotton and 100% mulesing-free wool. Many of our apparel items feature micro-ventilation patterns and technical mesh paneling for extra breathability. You can check out our product pages for detailed fabric and material content.

How do I care for my On Shoes?

If your shoes need a good cleaning, first and foremost, do not put them in a washing machine! To keep your On shoes clean, it is best to brush any dirt or debris off after they have been used. If you need to wash them, wash them by hand only using warm water after removing the insoles and laces. It is best to wash your shoes as seldom as possible.

If I want to order my On Shoes online, do I have to open an account?

No, you don't need to create a customer account to complete your purchase; you can choose to check out as a guest if you wish. Creating a customer account allows you to view your order history and, most importantly, make purchases for our Last Season or Limited Edition products.

Is it possible to order new insoles if the ones that came with my shoes are now damaged?

Each one of our insoles is custom-made for the shoe model, size, and color, so we aren't able to offer replacements at this time.

Is it possible to use speed laces with my other On shoes?

We don't recommend using speed laces with On's other models because they are not designed to support them. They would likely not fit. If you're interested in elastic laces, a new pair of laces, or desire a different color, we recommend checking out a third-party lace brand or visiting a specialty running store. We currently do not sell laces on our online store.

What is On’s unique speed lacing system found in our Cloud 5 family shoes?

On's Cloud family includes the Cloud 5, Cloud 5 Waterproof, Cloud 5 Terry, Cloud 5 Push, Cloud 5 Fuse, Cloud 5 Combo, and Cloud 5 Coast. They all feature our signature speed lacing system. We want to help you slip on your shoes or flick them off with ease. These models were specially designed to support speed lacing so it won't work with our other shoes. If you need to adjust for a tighter fit, you can retie the knots at the ends for a more snug fit. Most Cloud 5 family shoes come with an additional pair of conventional laces in the box so you can decide how you want the shoe to work for you, but not all models in this family do.

Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  Scope  1.1 These general terms and conditions (the "GTC") govern the contracts of sales entered into between Mizzen General Trading LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with commercial license number 787513 and registered office at P.O. Box 2123, and its customers (the "Customer" or "you") purchasing On products (the "Products") sold via the web shop  “www.on.ae”(the "Site") operated by Mizzen General Trading LLC or sold by any other affiliated entity (collectively referred to as “Mizzen”).  1.2 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, copyrights, and patents in connection with the Products are owned by On AG, Zurich, Switzerland ("On AG"). Further information about On AG can be found on the Site in the Company information section of the FAQs (https://www.on.ae/pages/faq).    Conclusion of Contract  2.1 The presentation of the Products and the indications of prices on the Site do not constitute legally binding offers but are non-binding invitations to place an order.  2.2 By clicking "Place Order", the Customer is placing a binding  offer to purchase the Products listed in his/her shopping cart (the "Order"). All Orders are subject to acceptance by Mizzen.  2.3 Mizzen issues a written acceptance confirmation of Orders (the “Purchase Confirmation”). The formation of a contract of sale between Mizzen and the Customer (the "Contract") will take place upon the Customer's receipt of the Purchase Confirmation. The Purchase Confirmation shall determine the relevant subject matter and extent of the Contract, also where the Customer paid the Products in advance.  2.4 Mizzen shall have the right to refuse an Order as well as to cancel or not to carry out confirmed Orders at any time without providing any reasons and with no liability to Customer or any third party. If Customer has already paid for such Products, Mizzen will refund Customer the full amount (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges) without any interests and will not incur further liability to Customer.  2.5 If Mizzen does not accept an Order within ten (10) business days as set forth in Section 2.3, the Order is deemed to have been refused.  2.6 Cancellations of an Order required by the Customer are only valid if confirmed by Mizzen in writing. Costs already incurred by Mizzen may be charged to the Customer.  Price and terms of payment  3.1 Prices payable by Customer are those in the indicated currency and in effect at the time of acceptance of the Order by Mizzen as set forth in Section 2.3.  3.2 Prices indicated on the Site include value added tax but exclude shipping costs (where applicable) and import duties (where applicable). Further information regarding the shipping can be found on the Site in the shipping, tracking and delivery section of the FAQs (https://www.on.ae/pages/faq).   3.3 Mizzen reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.   3.4 Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay.  Interest free installments are available via Tabby and Tamara. Further information on the methods of payment accepted by Mizzen can be found on the Site in the Payment, refunds section of the FAQs (https://www.on.ae/pages/faq).  3.5 Mizzen will charge credit or debit cards upon shipment of the Products ordered. Mizzen reserves the right to verify credit or debit card payments prior to acceptance.  3.6 In case of default in payment, Mizzen shall be entitled to suspend all, or parts of, further deliveries to the Customer without further notice until payment has been received or secured.  3.7 Mizzen shall use all reasonable methods to resolve disputes with the Customer. Should a chargeback dispute occur, the Customer shall promptly comply with all requests for information from Mizzen.  Delivery  4.1 Delivery methods and expected delivery time of Products are indicated on the Site in the Shipping, tracking and delivery section of the FAQs (https://www.on.ae/pages/faq).  4.2 Unless explicitly stipulated in writing by Mizzen, the delivery dates indicated by Mizzen shall only be non-binding estimates, made to the best of Mizzen's knowledge.   4.3 Mizzen shall be entitled to partial deliveries, and the Customer hereby accepts partial deliveries.  4.4 No warranty is being given for all technical data and information regarding the delivery. Mizzen shall not be liable for any damage which might arise because of deviations thereof.  4.5 Should the Customer notice that at delivery the ordered Products have been damaged during transport, the Customer shall immediately notify the employee of the carrier delivering the Order and contact Mizzen’s Customer service via WhatsApp on +971 503 443 730 or via email at happinessdelivery@on.ae.mailto:support@on-running.com  4.6 It is the Customer’s duty to ensure that the Customer is available to receive the Order delivery. Mizzen will attempt delivery up to 3 times within 72 hours after the Order is ready to be delivered. If the Customer does not receive the Order after 3 attempts, the Order will be cancelled and the Customer will be automatically refunded (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges).  Risk and retention of title  5.1 Unless agreed otherwise by the Parties, the risk of loss or damage to the Products will pass to the Customer upon formation of the contract between Mizzen and the Customer.  5.2 All Products will remain the property of Mizzen until the Customer has paid all amounts owed to Mizzen in full under any Contract, including any costs. On may register its title in the respective title retention register, if any. Customer may not sell, dispose, or encumber any Products before full title has passed to Customer.  Returns   6.1 The Customer may cancel a Contract and return any delivered Product to Mizzen for any reason, provided that Customer notifies Mizzen in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.  6.2 To notify Mizzen about such return request and initiate the return process, the Customer must follow the process as described on the Site in the Returns section of the FAQs (https://www.on.ae/pages/faq).  6.3 The Products must be returned to Mizzen in their original condition, meaning unused, undamaged, clean and in the original packaging.  6.4 Once the Customer has notified Mizzen about its intention to cancel the Contract and return the Products in accordance with the Sections 6.1 to 6.3 above, any sum debited by Mizzen (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges) will be refunded within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the returned Product at Mizzen's warehouse.  Limited Warranty  7.1. For defects resulting from production or material errors, Mizzen shall provide the customer with a replacement product free of charge. All further warranty or guarantee claims are hereby expressly excluded. The customer’s obligation to inspect the wares and declare any defects, along with the warranty period, are based on statutory regulations. Product information (descriptions, videos, images etc.) does not constitute any guarantee of certain properties. The transfer of warranty claims is excluded.   7.2 To exercise a warranty claim, the Customer must email us at happinessdelivery@on.ae. All claims will be assessed on a case by case basis. All On products have a lifespan depending on the model, the materials used and the individual use of the product. The warranty does not extend to defects due to the wrong fit, normal wear and tear, exceeding the product’s lifespan or damage caused by improper, incorrect or negligent use or changes to the product. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to defects in products not ordered from the Mizzen website.  Limitation of Liability  8.1 Mizzen shall only be liable for direct damages and only if the Customer proves that Mizzen, its auxiliaries, or any third parties instructed by Mizzen, have acted with gross negligence or with unlawful intent. In any event, Mizzen's liability shall be limited to the purchase prices of the relevant Product under the Contract.  8.2 Any further liabilities of Mizzen, its auxiliaries, or any third parties instructed by Mizzen, for damages of any kind, in particular for loss of production, loss of use, loss of orders, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential damages, are hereby explicitly excluded.  Data Protection  9.1 Mizzen complies with the applicable data protection laws and will use personal data of On’s Customer only as set out in its Privacy Policy (https://www.on.ae/pages/privacy-policy).  Miscellaneous  10.1 The Contract language is English and the English version shall prevail. Contract documents in a language other than English are provided for informational purposes only.  10.2 Our Commercial License number is 787513 and our registered address is Sheikh Zayed Road, P.O. Box 2123, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.   10.3 Mizzen may transfer, assign, or sub-contract all or any rights and obligations under these GTC and any Contract. Customer may not sub-contract, assign or otherwise transfer any of its rights or obligations under these GTC or any Contract without the written consent of Mizzen.  10.4 Failure by Mizzen to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these GTC shall not in any way be construed as a waiver of such provision, nor in any way affect the validity of the GTC or any right thereunder.  10.5 Mizzen shall not be liable for its failure or delay in performing its obligations under these GTC in and to the extent that such failure or delay is due to reasons beyond its control (including without limitation floods, storms, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, strikes).  10.6 If any provision of these GTC are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Mizzen and the Customer shall agree a replacement provision, which is as close as is legally permissible to the provision found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, and which achieves as closely as possible the effects of the original provision.  10.7 Customer waives the right to offset any claims against Mizzen.  10.8 Mizzen reserves the right to modify these GTC from time to time. The GTC in force at the time the Customer places its Order shall apply.  Applicable Law and jurisdiction  11.1 Contractual relations covered by these GTC between Mizzen and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. All conflicts and disputes arising, directly or indirectly, under or in connection with the contractual relationship between Mizzen and the Customer shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.   11.3 Any statutory rights which the Customer may have, and which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by these GTCs.  TERMS OF USE  Updated September 2024  - These terms of use (as amended from time to time, the "Terms") together with any supplemental rules and regulations, such as the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, govern your access to and use of the services available on the website (the "Website") operated by Mizzen, with its registered office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License  number 787513; or "we").
