Can’t find your order number? Not to worry. If you don’t have an On account, you can sign up for one for free using the email used to place the order. After that, you can go to your “order history” and see all your order details – including your order number.
If the email used to place your order was not correct, don’t worry. Please get in touch with our Happiness Delivery team on +971-50-344-3730 and we will adjust the email address. Once adjusted, you will receive an automated email to the correct address.
If you need to set up a return, please contact our Customer Service team to correct the email in your profile.
As soon as your order and payment goes through, we'll send you an order confirmation email. We'll also email you once your order ships (1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed) with a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
When your order and payment go through, you will be directed to a confirmation page, and all is good! You will also receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
