Shipping

We do our best to ensure you receive your order within the following hours: 

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered by 11:00 PM on the same day.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered by 11:00 PM the following day.

We deliver all of our online orders between Monday thru Saturday. We do not deliver orders on Sunday. All orders placed on Sunday will be delivered as Next-Day Delivery. 

We send a shipping confirmation email at shipment with tracking details and carrier information. 

We want you to enjoy your On gear as quickly as possible, so we try to get you the goods quickly. 
So you can focus on living the On lifestyle, we cover shipping costs and any relevant customs charges in most countries (for standard-level shipping). In UAE, there is a minimum value of AED 500. For orders under these thresholds, the shipping cost will be AED 25. Shipping costs for orders that do not qualify or for any selected expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
