UAE delivery times
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman (Monday–Friday): Orders placed before 11am are delivered between 1-3 business days before 11pm.
Saturday orders: Orders placed before 11am on Saturday are delivered between 1-2 business days before 11pm. Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by Tuesday at the latest.
Sunday orders: Our warehouse does not operate on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by Tuesday at the latest.
Public holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Remote areas (Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain): Deliveries are scheduled twice weekly between Sunday and Thursday, typically arriving within 2 to 5 business days.
Please note: if you receive a tracking update from our courier showing a Sunday delivery date, this is an automated estimate from their system. Sunday is a non-operational day and your order will be delivered on the next working day.
